Live Edge Wood Slabs

The workshop carries a variety of live edge wood slabs. Our favourites are

Black Walnut & Spalted Maple

Others that we bring in are

Elm, Spalted Birch, Olive Wood,

Balsam, Pine, Spruce and Cedar.

We can source a requested type..

All slabs vary in size due to them being milled with the edge in tact but we prefer them to be 12-16" wide x 24"-36" length.

Most pieces are 1.5" thick but can be sourced 3" or more in thickness.

Special measurements can be requested.

Reclaimed Barn Board

Reclaimed Barn Board has always been a favourite at the workshop. We carry pieces that vary in size and love the uniqueness of each one. Shades of rich dark brown to weathered grey are filled with holes, gouges and cracks to bring a rustic look to your decor idea.

Pallets

If you haven't figured it out yet. The workshop is all out the 4R's - Reduce, Reuse, Recycle and Refurbish.

Pallet boards are a must in our workshop setting. We create various sized rustic surfaces for your imagination to run wild. From signs, to trays, to gates, to coffee bars or wine racks, pallet boards make a statement.

Wood Craft Essentials

We carry many small wood craft pieces, lettering, rounds, squares, boards and words to feed your craft fetish.

Custom cut pieces can be scrolled out for those unique projects that you have in mind.

Trays, Noodle Boards or Signs

These are ever popular pieces in the workshop. The structure is so simple yet they are created into gorgeous creations.

Customers can request certain size requirements if one is not already made.

Rustic Pallet Rounds

An ever popular item at the workshop are our pallet rounds made from spruce, pine cedar and tongue and groove scraps.

They measure 18", 24" and 30" in diameter.

If you prefer a more polished look, MDF, Linear Pine and finished Birch rounds are available.

These make ideal Farmhouse clock or rustic sign surfaces. There's no end to what you can make. Let your imagination be your limit!

MDF

MDF is another popular item that we carry at the workshop. It's a naturally smooth material and can be easily layered into whatever shape you need.

Rounds, Squares, Rectangles, Gift Tags,

Hearts & Moons are the most popular that we stock.

Carved Dough Bowls, Paulownia Board and Trays

Each piece has a

unique look, size and shape.

You can stain, paint, wax, add a transfer or handles. Create a centrepiece using florals or your favourite embellishment, use as a bread bowl, candy dish or

wall hanging.

These are a favourite gift item amongst customers.

Chalk Couture surfaces are unique, durable, attractive and easy to use. All white based words & chalk boards are reusable, simply dampen the surface and wipe away, then create something new.

Linens are made of high quality cotton that can easily be dyed to match your decor. When designing linens Chalk Couture Inks come in the same fabulous colours as the paste. Heat is applied after 48 hours of curing to ensure that your creations stay bright and beautiful.
